- Responsible for the entire selling function bookstore which includes: handle staffing, merchandise orders, coordinate with the marketing team and their orders for the store, textbook supplier point of contact/order placement, work with bookstore vendors (laptops/electronics).
- Proper window and merchandise display, monitoring of sales.
- Very good in customer service and can handle customer item requests and complaints.
- Focus on its key result include Sales, Operations, Inventory Management, and Visual Merchandising.
- Handle payment transactions whether cash, debit card, or credit of customers.
- Must be knowledgeable in detecting fake bills and fraud transactions
- Maintains sufficient funds at all times and update replenishment whenever needed.
