Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Implementations and Head of Delivery to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
• Establish the likely profile for demand over a 12 month horizonand put in place a plan which enables controlled delivery against business objectives
• Set and implement standards for effective delivery management, including: managing the demand for work, both pipeline and in progress
• Initiate and schedule work /projects for delivery
• Proactively monitor and report on performance trends across the portfolio
• Maximise efficient allocation of resources and skills within the portfolio and resolve issues where required
• Produce reports and information to support the Project Change Board
• Establish and maintain systems and processes to ensure effective management reporting about projects
• Work closely with the Project and Delivery Managers in Technology Solutions and key client managers in Admin Solutions to manage relationships with clients
