Requirements

Position: Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duties & Responsibilities

Candidates should have 6-8 years work experience in a similar capacity and experience with a DIFC bank or EAM (external asset manager) is preferable. RMs must have a transferrable client investment book of minimum USD 30-40 Million

As a Relationship Manager (Private Banking), duties and responsibilities will be as follows, noting that these will beelaborated upon in the employment contract.

  • Acquisition of new professional client relationships within the private banking sector as defined by the DFSA

  • Selling a range of private banking products to existing and potential clients

  • Achieving revenue targets as defined by the organization

  • Achieving high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction

  • Compliance with DFSA and anti-money laundering regulations

  • To continue building investment knowledge and be conversant with the full range of private banking advisory services and to act as an effective trusted advisor in the delivery of these services

  • Initiate, develop and retain client relationships while contributing actively to the business development and financial goals of the unit. Is jointly involved in client solicitation, presentation, closings, account management and development

  • Ensures that client compliance, investment suitability, riskprofiling and KYC requirements are met on an ongoing basis

  • Remains informed about market trends, customer preferences, and new products.

  • Perform other related duties which the SEO may assign.
