The Role:

As a Sales or Leasing Agent your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Outbound cold calling

Generating new leads/business for the company

Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings

Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller

Conducting market appraisals with homeowner

Photographing the apartments/villas

What we expect from you:

Strong cold calling experience

A minimum of 2 years successful sales experience

Passport and full Driving License

Savings, this is a commission based role and we do require candidates have a minimum of GBP 5,000 10,000 in savings to be able to support themselves initially.

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Drive and determination

Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
