The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai UAE. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating the purchase sale and rental of properties while providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people find their dream homes or investment properties. Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers ensuring a smooth sales process Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value Manage property auctions or exchanges Generate and manage lists of properties for sale Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Promote sales through advertisements open houses and listing services Stay uptodate with the real estate market and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson Proven track record of sales and customer satisfaction Uptodate with the latest real estate trends and best practices Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai UAE Excellent communication and negotiation skills Integrity and a strong work ethic Must have a valid Real Estate Agent/Broker license Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively Proficient in MS Office and real estate software Bachelors degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus
