Qualification:

• Any Nationality
• Age not more than 35 years old
• Single/Not married.
• Preferably have a work background in Sales ex: Real Estate Bank or Insurance.

What we are Looking for :

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes consult clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
• Driving License and Car is an advantage.
• RERA Certification is an advantage
