Quantity Surveyor - Female - Al Fajr Architectural amp Engineering Consultant -LLC

• Responsibilities:
• Manage postcontract aspects including cost control valuation and final account settlement for road and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on project financials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 23 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong postcontract management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools Candy and Auto CAD

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: AED2000.00 AED3000.00 per month
