Quality Controller

• Performs various duties related to the inspection of landscape construction and maintenance work performed by contractors; performs field inspections of irrigation and landscaping
• Inspects construction of irrigation and landscape improvements.
• Issues correction notices to contractors/developers to correct deficiencies found during inspections.
• Ensures deficiencies are corrected prior to acceptance of the work; issues correction notices and deficiency notices.
• Monitors irrigation systems including: water use audits, irrigation system scheduling, well systems, meter use reports, renovation and rehabilitation, and emergency repairs.
• Performs administrative tasks associated with the administering of private landscape maintenance contracts, as well as privately constructed landscape improvements.
• Reviews, corrects, and ensures completeness of landscape plan submittals and as-built plans.
• Maintains records of inspection work.
• Performs other related work as required.
• Document nonconformance to specifications, codes and standards, and may be asked to participate in determining appropriate resolution.
