JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
• Building strong relationships with Developers Sellers and Landlords.
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations.
• Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising.
• Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord/Developer.
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
• Expert uptodate knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
• Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.

REMUNERATION:

• Commission of up to 60% (uncapped)
• Real estate license (RERA)
• Visa and medical insurance
• 30 days holiday per year

OTHER:

• Driving license essential
• Any nationality welcome
• Languages English compulsory written and spoken to European standards
• Arabic / French / Spanish / Russian speaking is a bonus
