Promo Planner

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end process of landing entire Arabia promoted stocks for the DBT (Division Business Team).
• Shipment and distribution planning coordination with Sourcing
• Co-ordinate and insure Promo availability by OTIF (on Time-In Full), Opening & IF (In-Full) from All Sourcing
• Synchronize Promotions and activation short term plans with business requirement by coordinating with CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning) and
• Controlling promoted stocks level in Arabia markets and insure lowest level of
• Manage business activations and promotions mid/long-term planning throughout S&OP (Sales and Operation planning) cycle and network
• Conduct monthly root cause analysis for On Time losses and share improvement
• Govern net requirement planning on promotional SKUs and Balance Supply with
• Ensure Promo Data integrity is up to
• Conduct monthly Promo risk analysis (DSR) to constrain promo FC
