education & qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering + Lighting;
• 7 years successful experience in similar industry in Project Management;
• Preferably currently in Kuwait with Kuwait and/or GCC experience;
• Valid driving license is mandatory;
• Experience in electrical industry is needed, in addition:
• Manufacturing and retail experience is must;Ideal candidate can join immediately;

Our client is looking for Projects Manager to design the project goals, determine how success will be measured and tracked. Who will ensure the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals. The projects manager will have 1 person reporting him.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities and provide strategic business plan, and Budget for the Division;
• Follow up with sales team for the customers enquires and tenders;
• Monitor the progress of each sales team;
• Coordinate with marketing department for product support and advertisement plans;
• Follow up with accounting for improving the credit and payment facilities for the customers;
• Coordinate with purchasing division to improve the ordering and arrival of the material;
• Provide full support for his teams in day to day operation;
• Improve the customer approach tactics of his teams;
• Gather all the approvals of the product within with division;
• Create new sales channels;
• Introduce new product items;
• Build data base for the in terms of project availability, consultant’s offices, and key customers related to projects;
• Achieve the sales target set by the Sales Manager;
• Provide detailed sales reports to the Sales Manager;
• Plan for the material required for the division;
• Assign dedicated sales team for special product;
• Monitor the performance of his teams in order to achieve maximum productivity;
• Improve the communication with other departments for easy day to day operations;
