Project Manager Supervision Arabic speaker

We are currently working with a longstanding and local Architecture & Engineering Consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi looking for a Project Manager Supervision (Arabic speaker) to join their team.

In this role you will (nonexhaustive):

• Develop and maintain project schedules timelines and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  
• Create and update project plans considering resource allocation and budget constraints.
  
• Monitor and control project budgets ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
  
• Work closely with the finance department to track costs analyze variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.
  
• Review and negotiate contracts with contractors subcontractors and suppliers.
  
• Ensure that all parties involved adhere to contractual obligations.
  
• Manage change orders and variations to contracts assessing their impact on the project timeline and budget.
  
• Establish and enforce quality standards for construction work.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications building codes and regulations.
  
• Implement quality control processes and address any issues that may arise during construction.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the construction process.
  
• Implement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members clients contractors and regulatory authorities.
  
• Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.
  
• Ensure that construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
  
• Collaborate with safety officers to address any safetyrelated issues promptly.
  
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction such as design discrepancies delays or conflicts among project team members.
  
• Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service and addressing their concerns.
  
• Lead and motivate the project team providing guidance and support.
  
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors or master s degree in civil/architecture preferably with PMP IPMA Certification.
  
• A minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience in construction supervision with at least 7 years in a similar position within the consultancy field.
  
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent skills in; Project Management Contract Management risk management change management Project Cost Controlling Project Cost Allocation Lean Management Budget Allocation reporting planning.
  
• Well versed with Local & Federal Authority Rules and Regulations and Civil Engineering Codes as well.
  
• Excellent command of Electronic Document Management System such as ACONEX or equivalent.
  
• Working knowledge and experience with Project Management platforms/software.
  
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure works.
