What you will do in this role

As a Project Manager on our team, you will:

  • Drive project’s operational and financial result
  • Ensure quality/customer demands efficiently
  • Manage turn over and absenteeism and put in place necessary action plans
  • Ensure the availability of production means (material, tools, technical resources) and human resources
  • Ensure the reporting requirements of the project
  • Prepare and lead production/steering committees and customer visits
  • Increase the added value of the project
  • Manage, motivate and gain team loyalty
  • Relay group strategy to team members and communicate on all the project objectives
  • Evaluate collaborators, define their development axis and support their rise in competences
  • Identify the training needs of collaborators
  • Contribute to the promotion process (Assessment Center)
  • Ensure the respect of our values, apply discipline and regulations on the floor

Your qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years of prior Project Manager experience
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Have an advanced level of English, spoken and written
  • Have the ability to delegate
  • Are a proactive person
  • Have good communication and analytical skills
  • Have good organizational capacity

Key skills:

  • Communication skills: Communicate ideas and possibly complex concepts clearly to share information and if necessary, to facilitate effective decision-making. Master presentations before an audience. Establish trustful and lasting relationships. Understand other people's point of view
  • Manage difficult situations: Manage difficulties and propose sustainable and constructive solutions. Succeed in reassuring interlocutors (collaborators, peers, clients...) to reestablish a peaceful environment. Rebound after failure and draw positive lessons from it
  • Customer focus: Follow up on requests and solutions proposed to the customer. Identify critical situations beforehand and propose actions/improvement plans
  • Manage risks: Identify and measure the risks on a given perimeter. Implement corrective actions in short and medium term to avoid them or mitigate their impacts on the perimeter
  • Hierarchical or transversal management: Mobilize the team members continuously by sharing information needed, getting involved in an exemplary manner, by valuing the contributions, complementarity within the team and the work done. Demonstrate managerial courage in its communication
  • Business architectural, analysis and planning skills: Analyze long and complex information using a suitable method. Analyze the means to optimize the achievement of set objectives. Extract the essential points of a set of complex information and express them back in a structured manner. Sequence priorities independently according to deadlines and workload
