Overview:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and strategy through to delivery and
utilization of enterprise digital products including highly scaled shared platforms. Drive product
transformation through design-thinking data-driven decision making automation including Gen
AI Agentic AI and human-centered design.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and strategy through to delivery and
utilization of enterprise digital products including highly scaled shared platforms. Drive product

Core Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision strategy business case roadmap and value realization alignedwith government priorities and strategic outcomes.
- Translate business & user requirements and policies into scalable product capabilitiesintegrated solutions and prioritized product roadmaps.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle using modern product management practicesAgile Lean DevSecOps and continuous discovery and delivery approaches fromideation through delivery adoption optimization and evolution.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on customer insights analytics business value andstrategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to enterprise architecturecybersecurity data legal procurement UI/UX and business stakeholders to design anddeliver secure scalable and integrated products.
- Champion cloud-native API-first secure-by-design and reusable platform capabilitiesensuring alignment with cloud migration data management sovereignty cybersecurityand government compliance requirements.
- Embed AI Generative AI Agentic AI automation and analytics into product capabilitiesincluding defining AI use cases governance frameworks responsible AI controls and ROImeasurement
- Lead modernization initiatives including legacy platform assessment rationalizationand decommissioning aligned with technology strategy and value realization objectives.
- Manage vendors budgets risks procurement activities and executive reporting toensure successful product delivery.
- Drive enterprise adoption change management stakeholder engagement andmeasurable benefits realization across government entities.
- Monitor and improve product performance where deemed necessary through KPIsSLAs XLAs adoption metrics utilization optimization and continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional product teams that advanceinnovation collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Support co-creation labs innovation ecosystems and public-private partnerships toaccelerate innovation validate emerging solutions and enhance product capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering artificial intelligence information systems or a related digital discipline. Masters degree preferred.
- Relevant product or project management certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product management with 3 years leading enterprise-scale or government platforms.
- Proven experience delivering AI-enabled cloud-based and SaaS products within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs Agentic AI RAG prompt engineering AI governance and MLOps concepts.
- Experience applying modern product management practices including Agile Scrum OKRs Design Thinking product analytics and experimentation.
- Strong stakeholder management communication leadership and executive presentation skills.
