Project Administrator

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing and developing drawn and written documentation.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors under the supervision of the senior staff.
• Contributing to the design process and coordinating detailed design information.
• Contributing to specifications for construction work.
• Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals.
• Contributing to design stage risk assessments.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure the high-quality, innovative and functional design.
• Taking the brief to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Developing ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
• Producing detailed blueprints and making any necessary corrections.
• Compiling project specifications.
• Keeping within budgets and timelines.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Making on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.
• Cooperating and liaising with construction professionals.
• Following architectural trends and advancements.
