Develop and execute a comprehensive quality improvement strategy across all areas of Seven including fitness and wellness services customer service and facility management.
Lead the process of setting monitoring and reviewing quality standards for all services and operations ensuring they align with Seven s luxury branding and customer expectations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for process improvements streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement and manage a continuous quality improvement (CQI) program including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational aspects.
Oversee regular quality audits inspections and reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and regulations.
Facilitate staff training and development sessions focused on quality improvement techniques and customer service excellence.
Lead crossfunctional teams to drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality.
Manage the integration of customer feedback into process improvement plans ensuring a customercentric approach to service enhancement.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in quality management and process improvement within the fitness and wellness industry applying best practices to Seven s operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Quality Manager or a similar role.
Degree or relevant certification.
Strong knowledge of Experience with quality assurance management date analysis skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
