Adrenagy Fitness is a leading fitness facility in Abu Dhabi dedicated to providing exceptional health and wellness services. Our stateoftheart ladies gym focuses on empowering women to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. We are currently seeking passionate and certified Personal Trainers to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customized Fitness Programs:**

Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals of female members.

Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients current fitness levels limitations and preferences.

2. **Instruction and Guidance:**

Provide handson training guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques.

Demonstrate a commitment to educating clients about the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

3. **Motivation and Support:**

Inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.

Foster a supportive and empowering atmosphere for women of all fitness levels.

4. **Nutritional Guidance:**

Offer basic nutritional advice to complement clients fitness programs and promote overall wellbeing.

Stay informed about current trends and research in fitness and nutrition to provide uptodate guidance.

5. **Client Tracking and Progress Evaluation:**

Maintain accurate records of client progress adjustments to programs and any relevant health considerations.

Conduct regular progress assessments to track improvements and make necessary program modifications.

6. **Class Instruction (if applicable):**

Lead group fitness classes tailored to the needs and preferences of female members.

Ensure a safe and effective workout environment during group sessions.

7. **Continued Professional Development:**

Stay informed about industry trends certifications and advancements in fitness science.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized fitness institution.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Specialization or additional certification in womens fitness or related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and understanding approach to womens fitness and health.

**Experience:**

Proven experience as a Personal Trainer especially with female clients.

Experience in creating and implementing effective fitness programs.

Familiarity with womens fitness trends challenges and preferences.
