What You Need
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to hold team members accountable
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent PC-based software application skills: Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to organize and plan multiple activities which require close attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and collaborative team player
- Able to handle highly confidential information
- Bachelors’ degree in accounting and/or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of prior accounting experience including the reconciliation of accounts
- Oracle and/or Workday experience preferred
