Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role as an Operations Manager at MyHome in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the company ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. This includes coordinating with team supervisors. The Operations Manager will also be involved in strategic planning process improvement and team management.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in operations management or a related field
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Knowledge of home maintenance and related services is a plus
