Le Chene is recruiting on behalf of YTYCHEM INTERNATIONAL FZE the UAE arm of Yongtaiyun Chemical Logistics Co. Ltd. a global leader in chemical logistics and integrated supply-chain solutions. YTYCHEM are seeking a bilingual Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end operational workflows and freight forwarding/logistics management for our new business sector.
• Cross-Border Communication: Act as the primary operational bridge between local UAE operations overseas partners and Chinese-speaking international teams.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage shipping documentation customs coordination and real-time shipment tracking.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with carriers warehousing facilities port authorities and logistics vendors.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth trade execution in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (essential for daily internal and external cross-border collaboration).
• Background: Proven experience in logistics supply chain freight forwarding or shipping operations.
• Key Competencies: Strong negotiation organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability: Proactive mindset with the flexibility to help set up and drive operations in a newly established business sector.
