• Handle confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
• Type formal letters, interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous documents; compose correspondence as required.
- Answer telephone and handle requests for information.
- Maintain department records and files.
- Keep managers and supervisors informed about meetings, appointments, report due dates and other deadlines.
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
- Maintain budget and cost spreadsheets.
