The Role
This commission-only role is designed for ambitious driven individuals who want to unlock uncapped earnings and build a powerful network. Youll work with developers investors and clients seeking high-potential properties delivering expert guidance and building trust in every transaction.
What Youll Do
Represent off-plan projects across Dubais prime locations
Build strong relationships with developers investors and clients
Conduct project presentations viewings and contract negotiations
Stay ahead of market trends launches and pricing strategies
Deliver exceptional service that upholds the Engel & Völkers standard
What Were Looking For
Experience in sales real estate or investment advisory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Self-motivation resilience and target-driven mindset
A bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred
