Hyderabadi Cuisine Cook Should be specialist in All kind of Hyderabadi Dishes and specially in Hyderabadi Biryani. Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Restaurant/Central Kitchen. Thorough knowledge of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare and present food as per cooking standards. Direct the operation of all food-related activities including serving of food. Arrange and enhance dishes. Make sure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned. Make sure that the food area is stocked.
