Membership Consultant

Lead generation cold calling and appointment booking.

Followup calls and updating daily sales tracker.

Presentation of products/services/prices/promotions to the guests.

Closing of sales and offering after sales service.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Provide extensive customer service to members and potential leads.

Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales preferably tele sales/banking/insurance etc.

Experience in fitness industry is highly preferred however not a necessity for the right candidate.

Should be willing to work in a target oriented environment.

Must have good interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Independent selfstarter with strong organizational skills.

Must be a team player.

High school graduate or above.

Excellent commission structure.
