Membership Consultant

Job Summary: As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into members for our On-Demand Personal Training and Personal Training Academy services. You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients to establish partnerships and expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels including online, referrals, and networking events
  
• Providing exceptional customer service to potential and current members, answering questions and providing information about our services
  
• Conducting sales calls and virtual consultations to convert leads into members
  
• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
  
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
  
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development or customer service
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Passion for health and fitness is a plus
