- Leading a team of technicians in the execution of vibration analyses and diagnostics on a wide range of mechanical equipment to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Coordinating with the maintenance and operations teams to develop schedules for monitoring equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
- Analyzing vibration data gathered through predictive maintenance tools to identify potential issues and provide actionable insights to relevant teams for timely intervention.
- Providing hands-on training and mentorship to junior team members in vibration analysis techniques and the use of related diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to design and implement modifications and improvements to mechanical systems, enhancing stability and reducing vibrational issues.
