- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on Mechanical and rotating equipment.
- Operation and Maintenance of rotating and static equipment, testing, start-up, pre-commissioning, punch listing, alignments, levelling of machinery such as pumps (single stage & multistage), various types of pumps and compressors, Generators.
- Commissioning, operation, dynamic commissioning of gas production facilities, isolators and de-isolations of process equipment, P&ID check.
- Completion of commissioning procedures and performing outstanding works.
- Commissioning of Sea water system, hydraulic system, fire water system, foam system.
- Familiar in laser alignments (Hot and cold alignments)
- Experience in assembling and dismantling of centrifugal, screw pumps & gear pumps
- Involve in mechanical seal changing bearing changing on site and lube oil maintenance activities.
- Experience in filter maintenance such as replacement of oil lube filter, gear box maintenance, cooling fans repairs.
- Trouble-shoot and determine necessary repairs and maintenance.
