• Ability to lead and review market research studies / feasibility studies / highest and best use studies / development strategies / financial modelling / financial analysis among others
• Solid understanding of real estate and the development cycle
• Excellent in reading and writing French / English and Arabic
• Knowledge of and previous experience in the real estate market
• 5 - 7 years' experience in consulting / real estate preferred
• Relevant Master's degree in finance / economics / business preferred
• Reliability / assuming responsibility / taking initiative
