Key Responsibilities

• Check technical drawings in order to ensure the feasibility of project designs and engineering activities, and review them in coordination with Brand Managers
• Manage shop construction projects from the concept phase to completion; monitor major material, orders & deliveries and ensure that projects are delivered on time, cost and quality standards
• Identify and recommend project resources for procurement (manpower and materials), provide specifications, perform technical evaluation/assessment of quotes, ensure effective follow up and award contracts to qualified contractors
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors in order to ensure that schedules of shop drawings (civil and MEP) and programs of work are properly communicated, operating procedures and standards are adhered to and the work of multiple contractors is properly coordinated
