Lifeguard (Female)

Role Purpose:
Safeguarding the community members while they use the swimming pool

Knowledge and Qualifications:
Assist in maintaining and improving the overall standards and aims of NEOM
Community Services Recreation
To perform rescue skills when necessary
To be able to work as part of a team
To be able to give emergency first aid treatment, administer CPR and use an AED
when necessary
Ensure the safety of all participants using the swimming pools.
Perform daily task to maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool
Daily checks of lifeguard rescue equipment to ensure all is in a safe condition for
use
Ensure the pool area is tidy at all times and equipment stored properly
Excellent communication skills
To have a high standard of swimming and fitness
Always deliver excellent customer service
Strong level of spoken English due to the high levels of communication
involved in this role
Internationally recognized Lifeguard Qualification (RLSS / STA desirable)
Minimum of 2 years lifeguarding experience (desirable)
