As a Lead generation Department Manager, you will be working towards achieving company lead generation targets, which directly affect company growth.


Goal of the position:

Meet department targets and business objectives and ensure smooth and effective team performance, in which employees carry out instructions and perform at their best levels.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Product and Company knowledge

  • Target audience knowledge

  • Software and platforms knowledge

  • Company operations knowledge

  • Research on various channels

  • Lead qualification check

  • List building

  • Extracting contact details

  • Creating guides and SOPs for the team

  • Maintain prospects database

  • Daily, weekly, monthly planning

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Setting clear team goals

  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team

  • Oversee day-to-day operation

  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics

  • Motivate team members

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

  • Recognize high and/or low performance and reward accomplishments/report warnings

  • Encourage result-oriented and high-performance environment

  • Suggest and organize team building activities

  • Schedule and lead team meetings

  • Keeping files, passwords and any other files safe and organized

  • Meet target deadlines and businesses objectives

  • Maintain effective collaboration between Leadgenegation & BDR/Sales Teams

  • Manage department operations

  • Onboard new team members

  • Reporting to the management

  • Commit to learning plans and pass qualification tests regularly

  • Collaborate with the founders and HR team on improvements and company vision implementation

  • Act as company culture advocate




Requirements


  • You are available 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

  • You have been successfully performing the same responsibilities before

  • You are great with routine work and are a well-organized person.
