ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to EA Sports customer inquiries by Chat, email, or Voice
- Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT
- Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and
- Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior
- Follow Quality Assurance & compliance
