Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

3. Software Installation and Configuration:

   • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications on laptops.
   • Ensure that all software is up-to-date and compatible with the laptop's specifications.

4. Virus and Malware Removal:

   • Use antivirus and anti-malware tools to detect and remove viruses, malware, and other security threats.
   • Implement security measures to prevent future infections.

5. Data Recovery:

   • Retrieve data from damaged or corrupted hard drives.
   • Implement backup solutions to prevent data loss.

6. Network Configuration:

   • Configure and troubleshoot laptop connectivity to wired and wireless networks.
   • Ensure proper functioning of network adapters and resolve connectivity issues.

7. Customer Support:

   • Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
