- Collaborate for Brand Identity and Project Requirements: Work closely with Ecommerce Operations, cross-functional teams, and all creative channels to understand project requirements and develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts that contribute to a cohesive brand identity across various digital platforms. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.
- Visual Asset Production: Create and optimize graphics and images for online use, ensuring high-quality and optimized files suitable for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, UX/UI designers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. Clearly communicate design concepts, ideas, and timelines to stakeholders. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions while aligning creative decisions with the Brand Mission, Vision, and Values.
