IT Project Manager

• Weekly review meeting
  
• Monthly management review meeting
  
• Quarterly Health check activity and reporting
  
• Identify and classify security risks and maintain the same in a risk log/register
  
• Prepare mitigation strategies for identified risks
  
• Monitor and update risk profiles
  
• Report the identified risks and the proposed mitigation plan on monthly basis
  
• Developing Escalation Matrix
  
• Define clear escalation team members and their roles and responsibilities within the escalation matrix
  
• Resolution of problems related to system maintenance including management of third-party suppliers and specialist sub-contractor
  
• Systems and Infrastructure Condition Assessment, Preventive Maintenance Plan with Maintenance Budgets and Key Performance Indicators
  
• Contractor Prequalification, Evaluation for Selection & Recommendation
  
• Suggested to unify all (applications contracts) & (Infrastructure contracts) with one contract for each
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in equivalent field
  
• PMP / Prince2 Certified or equivalent.
  
• 10 years Experience (5 years in UAE)
  
• Strong technical (developing, systems, Database) background
