Our client is looking to hire an IT manager who will be responsible and accountable for the smooth operations of the IT department. This should be someone with improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Education & Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field;
• Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience, for at least 20 years;

• Manage information technology and computer systems;
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations;
• Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance;
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures;
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems;
• Act in alignment with user needs and manage helpdesk functionality;
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time;
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes;
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures;
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements;
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; managing purchasing and materials; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
