- Support and maintain company data and technological infrastructure
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Provide technical assistance and remote computer or network support to end users
- Apply updates and patches to all applications used in company
- Perform server patch maintenance, system and server backups and data archiving
- Implement and maintain firewall systems to protect company’s systems from viruses and hacking
- Create new users accounts and change or delete existing accounts credentials as per request
- Coordination with third party technology/software application partners for support activities
