- Identify vulnerabilities in our current network.
- Develop and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing network.
- Monitor network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Monitor the firewall, WAF, and all network/security equipment logs and identify the threats/vulnerabilities and address them.
- Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and apply security patches and/or firmware updates on computers, laptops, Firewalls, WAFs, and other IT equipment and applications.
- Perform Risk assessment related to cyber security, identify them and implement control strategies in order to reduce/mitigate the risks associated with them.
- Implement an effective reporting system for cyber security and collaborating them with high management and the IT department to improve security.
- Keep up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
- Perform penetration tests to find any flaws.
