- Collaborates with selection and training processes in line with corporate guidelines.
- Participates in the performance evaluation process cooperating in the coordination of the Evaluation Committee and tracking personnel performance goals are set.
- Supervises the organizational structures and identifies and proposes necessary changes to their standardization.
- Ensures staff is assigned the job title and position class corresponding according to corporate guidelines.
- Collaborates in the preparation of HR budget providing necessary information and analysis.
- Gathers information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history.
