- Manage people risk, retention strategy and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain reward and benefit programs that are cost effective, competitive and appropriate to AMIRAL.
- Operates proactive HR policies and procedures that motivate and drive productivity.
- Focuses policies on managing staff motivation and reducing turnover.
- Prepares and manages the HR budget focusing on best value and quality services.
- Drives efficient manpower planning and career planning frameworks that meet individual and business objectives.
- Focusses on facilitating the recruitment of the best available talent for key managerial/leadership positions.
- Manages the payroll compilation and administration
- Provides a training system that will track success, drive skill acquisition and support AMIRAL’s performance objectives.
- Provides an consultative HR service to All senior staff in aspects of HR including employment law, company policy and best practices.
