Title: Human Capital Lead
Primary Location: United Arab Emirates
Reporting Line: The Human Capital Lead shall report primarily to the Founding Partner but may also assist other members of the senior leadership on an ad-hoc basis
Employment: Full-time contract
Opportunity: Shorooq Partners in seeking a Human Capital Lead for an immediate start to join its team. The role requires the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and provide high quality service to stakeholders, including all supported professionals and external parties.

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience as Human Capital specialist in Tech, Banking, Professional Services, or similar firm
- B.A or B.S degree from a recognized educational institution with excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage HR related software
- Strong oral and written communication skills - fluency in English and Arabic
- Attention to details, team player, ambitious, self-driven, results-oriented, and sharp time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with large number of stakeholders
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data


Requirements

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Shorooq Partners culture strategy including cultural and employee programs such as wellbeing, internal events, and recognition
Develop a recruitment strategy and manage the recruitment of new employees for the purpose of attracting high-caliber candidates, including JD development, candidate search, and interviewing
Develop and run the employee performance management framework at Shorooq Partners ensuring alignment of people performance to business performance and addressing development needs
Develop and manage the implementation of training and development programs in coordination with the related functions
Revise and update Shorooq Partners organizational structure in line with updates in strategy and management directions, as required
Administer and process employee payroll and benefits (e.g., salaries, leaves, bonuses, termination and settlement), in coordination with Finance, ensuring timely processing
Manage Human Capital-related services including but not limited to issuance of health insurance and government documents ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Develop and maintain relationships with external services providers (training, recruitment, etc.) to ensure optimal operations
Develop manpower planning framework to forecast needs and ensure manpower requirements are met
Identify key positions for succession planning and manage succession plans including identifying key potential successors
Revise and update Shorooq Partners compensation and benefits in-line with benchmarks to attract, and retain top talent
Revise and update Human Capital policies, procedures, and processes
Develop Human Capital-related reports for evaluation and decision-making purposes
