We are seeking recruitment for an experienced HR Manager with appropriate years of experience in the UAE with a reputable company with true HR experience and with knowledge of the local HR and labor rules and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Arranging workshops/team-building exercises to drive engagement
- Manage employee relations
- Provide advice and manage recruitment & selection strategies
- Manage talent and succession planning
- Set, review, improve and guarantee the application of all HR policies
- Employment contracts Job Descriptions, clear Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment: plans, recruitment of best possible resources, with all probation periods, evaluation, papers, visa, insurance, material (and discharge), full induction/on-boarding process
