HR Executive

1. Coordinate recruitment activities shortlisting resumes facilitates the interview process and coordinates with HR talent acquisition operations to complete the recruitment lifecycle.
   
2. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance records.
   
3. Responsible for all recruitment process such as assessment of needs preparation of job description and requirements for the position choice of the most effective method selection and job offer.
   
4. Be uptodate on employment laws and regulations as well as other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure compliance
   
5. Manage employee engagement initiatives employee events and support all employee welfare activities
   
6. Manage time and attendance systems ensuring accuracy in recording and reporting of working hours.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree
   
2. 35 years of HR experience preferred.
   
3. Knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations
   
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
   
5. Fluency in MS Office (Excel); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
   
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
   
7. Organizational multitasking mediation and problemsolving skills
