The person will have to perform the following duties:

1- Manage the departments reward and recognition processes

2- Manage the department s communication

3- Arrange, schedule and facilitate staff training with HR and IT partners

4- Manage (create, edit and publish) the IT induction video course

5- Ensure all HR matters are followed up and up to date.

The person selected needs to have the following skills:

Speaks English AND Arabic

Graphic Design

Video Editing

Experience in arranging corporate events, internal and external

Training

Critical production issues are required to be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Solution should be highly available and with DR. Come out with solution for complex UI components to achieve frictionless journeys for customers. Help in solving production issues and performance issues. 7.
