HR and Operations Manager - ASTUDIO

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic HR and Operations Manager to oversee and integrate our operations and human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daytoday operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to forecast and meet staffing needs.
• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive working environment.
• Provide strategic HR and operational insights to the leadership team.
• Oversee budgeting reporting and auditing operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations and HR management preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of business functions (HR finance operations etc.).
• Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
