SilverBack is looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical QA Lead to join our client's welcoming and collaborative team. As a flexible Mechanical QA Lead, you will review, audit and monitor the implementation of the project quality plan and procedures and liaise with the auditing team. You will also coordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the project inspection and test programs and associated witness point(s) time schedules on a system-by-system basis.

If you were already in this Mechanical QA Lead role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

• Coordinating the resolution of all matters of the Quality and Project Management team and project supervisor levels
• Promoting good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities
• Coordinating the handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis
• Implementing a structured approach towards systems handover/project completion
• Working alongside Swedish personnel and understanding the Swedish codes of practice
• To apply for this mechanical QA job, you will need an engineering or trade qualification in a mechanical discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a QA lead role. You will also require the following:

• Experience managing construction teams
• Knowledge of HVAC piping systems and P&IDs
• Recent experience working on large-scale industrial projects
• Available and willing to do variable rotational work
