Head of Planning

JOB INFO:

• Uses various communication tools and tactics to share the right information with the right audiences at the right time.
  
• Ensures key audiences have appropriate context and works to help tell stories that resonate with employees and support the company s strategy.
  

You will be responsible for:

• Executing on strategic communication plans to develop content using modern storytelling methods. Works with multiple formats and media which may include writing, video, graphic design, print and more.
  
• Providing technical and editorial support for various internal websites including publishing content, managing access, archiving old content, onboarding and training new publishers, and monitoring and responding to feedback.
  
• Maintaining editorial calendars to ensure alignment and visibility of key messages across the enterprise and to inform communication planning projects.
  
• Participating in communication tool implementation teams.

• Experience managing and administering websites / content management MUST HAVE
  
• Experience managing SharePoint sites and permissions MUST HAVE
  
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools MUST HAVE
  
• Strong proficiency in writing / editing / interviewing experience MUST HAVE
  
• Project management skills MUST HAVE
  
• Strategic communication planning MUST HAVE
  
• Experience with reporting interviewing nice to have
  
• Comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment nice to have
  
• Video editing experience nice to have
  
• Working with agencies to manage communication projects nice to have
  
• Collaborating well with others across cross-functional, global teams nice to have
  

Education (or equivalent work experience)

• Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, or communications discipline. Nice to have Broadcast journalism would be preferred, but not required.
