Get Volts (formerly Northridge Electric) is currently seeking a licensed Electrical Foreman to work in Albuquerque and on projects throughout New Mexico. The Foreman will direct and supervise all work on the project to meet the project requirements as described in the plans and specifications. You will direct the daily activities on assigned projects and manage all aspects of safety, production, scheduling, quality control, and administration.
Promoting/enforcing a safe work environment, making sure that the work progresses according to the schedule, that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time
Coordinate and supervise all electrical activities
Maintain electrical schedule, identify and solve problems
Understand the project plans and specifications
Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees
Promote job site safety
Maintain an organized job site

Requirements
At least 2 years experience as an electrical foreman on electrical projects;
The ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact;
An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning;
Demonstrated knowledge of contract compliance;
Competent in using Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows;
