GUCCI People Operations Coordinator

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources concentration preferred) desired;
• 1-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources Functions;
• Knowledge of Workday and Dayforce HRIS System (preferred);
• Advanced Excel Skills;
• Relevant experience gained within a fashion luxury retail environment;
• Strong organization skills;
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously;
• Strong follow up skills on projects and activities on a day-to-day basis to maximize impact;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of internal and external colleagues;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to influence without authority and to work cross-functionally to deliver and share results;
• Strong motivation to work for retail and the proven ability to work within a multi-site structure;
• Can take responsibility for own actions;
• Maintains objective view in negative or emotional situation.
