GRAPHIC DESIGNER (UAE NATIONAL) DUBAI
Reporting to the Head of Marketing the Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing the marketing
strategy to life by creating engaging and unique designs for the clients brand. Working with
internal teams as well as external agencies to deliver on the overall execution of the marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in translating ideas into captivating visuals and thus must have expert knowledge of current graphic design software and be skilled in every step of the design and production process
from concept to final deliverables.
Our client is looking for a creative thinker who can bring innovation to their projects whether its a print
collateral engaging social media campaign or a visually stunning website.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and onbrand designs for a variety of print and digital
materials including but not limited to brochures posters social media graphics websites and
presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of the clients brand across all design
projects maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product
development and communication teams to understand project requirements and deliver
design solutions that meet business objectives.
Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table keeping abreast of design trends
and industry best practices.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope priorities and timelines while
maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Feedback and Revisions: Accept and implement constructive feedback to refine and improve
designs.
If you have animation skills leverage them to bring our designs to life through motion graphics
GIFs or other animated content.
Work closely with the creative team agencies and stakeholders to understand project objectives
and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different
platforms.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends tools and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the
table.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects adhering to deadlines and ensuring
highquality output.
Essential Skills (Behavioral/technical)
Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field
Knowledge of design techniques and principles
Solid knowledge and experience in using Creative Cloud After Effects Adobe Photoshop
Illustrator InDesign Premiere and After Effects. Programs like Maya and Cinema 4D are a plus.
A strong eye for visual composition
Typography knowledge
Multimedia content development
Media production communication and dissemination techniques
Previous experience in the B2B industry would be advantageous.
Creativity and originality
Fluency of ideas
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design visual communication or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and
creative design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
and if applicable After Effects for animation).
Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Animation skills are a plus.
